PAYMENT: We accept many forms of payment both online and phone orders including debit, credit, ebt, cashiers checks, and even PayPal if absolutely needed. We process our transactions using Authorize.net SSL secure transaction protection. Authorize.net is the leader in online processing security and it's as safe as eating your wheaties, plus it's insured.
RETURNS: We strive to continually improve our products and services to give you the best value possible. If needed, we are open to replacement of product(s) of equal quality and value with the exception of custom made products. Returns must be postmarked/shipped to HITTERSINC HQ within 15 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Shipping charges both ways will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective, was incorrectly personalized, shipped incorrectly, the manufacturer made an error or we made an error. If an item or items are damaged in delivery a UPS or FedEx claim must be made, please contact us and we will assist. Items returned after 15 days in new condition are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. We are not responsible for misuse, customer abuse or improper storage of products. Bats may not, under any circumstances, be swapped out for different models (even damaged) if customized in any way. This includes custom model, color, size, weight, personalization, and cupping options. If your custom bat was made correctly there will be not refunds or replacements. All returns must be authorized by these specifications. Any issues concerning replacement of a product that has a manufacturer warranty must be handled by the respective manufacturer. We do not replace warranty products directly but will communicate with the respective manufacturer regarding your warranty and provide you with the necessary address to return your defective product. At any time we will gladly provide an Email copy of the original receipt of sale for manufacturer records if you have lost or misplaced it. Please Email info@HITTERSINC.com with your request.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS depending on the location the item(s) are being shipped and which vendor/mfg is shipping each individual item. Custom wood bats are typically 3-4 weeks out for delivery upon order completion and credit authorization. Rush delivery and shipping upgrades are available on phone orders only. Rush items such as accessories may be shipped efficiently with USPS Priority upon request. If delivery is required by a specific date, please contact us direct when placing your order or add your request in the Notes section of the Cart Checkout below your order.
FORCE MAJEURE Although we strive to meet obligations set forth in our promotional material, we will not be liable for any failure to perform any such obligations by reasons of acts of God or the elements; acts, delays and failures to act by governmental authorities; riots, insurrections, terrorism, sabotage and war; interruption, suspension, curtailment or other disruption of utilities; or other matters beyond our reasonable control.
