DESCRIPTION: The model 271 is based on the Louisville conversion C271. It has a long slender barrel, thicker handle and flared knob. It's one of the better balanced bats in baseball and also the most popular among younger hitters and those transitioning from aluminum to wood. More seasoned contact hitters also love the great balance of this classic model. Ken Griffey Jr. dominated the 90's with this bat and is its most well-known user.

PRO INK DOT: Pro Ink Dot certified bats are designed to fit MLB specifications for Wood Bats. An ink dot will be placed on the handle to show the straightness of the grain is within MLB limits. Finishes are limited to MLB approved colors and the labels will be rotated 90 degrees. In most cases if used properly with the logo up, these bats should crack and not shatter when they eventually break.
